- Large tupperware
- Sheet pan
Ingredients
- 2 salmon filets
- Soy sauce
- Honey (substitute: agave nectar)
- Dijon mustard
- Olive oil
Instructions
Marinate the Salmon
- Add soy sauce, olive oil, honey, and dijon mustard into a large tupperware container. Whisk together.
- Add salmon filets and ensure each piece is coated in the marinade.
- Put in fridge and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Bake the Salmon
- Preheat oven to 425º
- Line baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean up. Spray foil with cooking spray.
- Place each filet on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 5-6 minutes per 1/2 inch height of filet.

This recipe was inspired by my mom’s baked salmon recipe. She used brown sugar and soy sauce, and would marinate in a large ziplock bag. I made her recipe religiously in college.
